About my role

When Jeremy Corbyn became Leader of the Labour Party, he appointed me as the Party's Faith Envoy.

As the Labour Party's Faith Envoy, it is my responsibility to help develop the Party's links with faith groups.  The early Labour Party had deep roots in the Church, and the influence of faith remains with us today.  As a Party, we want to engage in a proper dialogue with faith groups because we believe that by working together we can make a real difference in our world.
